Founder/President

With over 20 years of experience and a degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, Stacy can help with S-corps, Trusts, Schedule C, Farms, Non-Profits, Partnerships, Business Sales and Start-ups, and more! To book with Stacy, please call our office.

Caryn Riebe

Senior Tax Manager & Payroll Manager

Caryn loves to help her clients understand their numbers and make tax season less stressful. She over sees payroll to make sure everything gets done in a smooth and timely manner. She does a great job of training and assisting the staff.

Marissa Grimley

Bookkeeping Manager/Client Relations

Marissa is your go to person for client questions. She also manages your bookkeeping to ensure it is done accurately and on time. She loves spending time with her husband and two kids. Fun fact, she also was a bus driver for Elk River Area Schools.

Carolyn has been at Diamond Tax for 7 years and has been with us throughout all of our location moving and remodeling. She processes payroll and ensures taxes get paid on time for her clients.

Melissa St Jean

Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Melissa has an Paralegal Associates degree and has been with Diamond Tax for over a year. She enjoys camping in her free time and we are so excited to welcome her as office manager.

Receptionist

Sandy is a highly efficient and friendly receptionist known for her exceptional multi-tasking skills. She handles administrative duties and ensures the front desk runs smoothly- all while staying organized and upbeat. Sandy's reliability and proactive approach makes her a great asset to our team!

Abby Hollenbeck

Controller

Abby manages the day to day operations of the entire firm. She has a Bachelors degree in Political Science and she used to coach all-star cheerleading. In her free time she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her pets.

We love the bright energy Bridget brings to the team. From being our go to for every little task to processing payroll, Bridget has us covered.

Lisa Andrews

Tax Preparer

Lisa has been with us for almost 10 years and we are so glad we have her. From tax preparation to training staff she does it all. Lisa has a degree in Special Education and is also an Airbnb owner.

Hayden Oliver

Information Technology Coordinator

From printers not working to keeping files secure, Hayden handles it all. He is working on finishing his degree in Electromechanical Engineering at Anoka Technical and is on the Dean's list.

Kim started with us last tax season after taking some time away from the accounting world. She loves helping her clients and explaining her work so they understand their tax return. Fun fact, Kim has jumped out of an airplane!

Joan has been with Diamond Tax for 1 year. She has a Bachelors degree in Management/Accounting from the College of St. Benedict/ St. John's University with 20+ years in accounting! In her free time Joan enjoys playing the flute, going to the lake, and spending time with friends and family.

Malorie Lunzer

Bookkeeper

Malorie recently joined our bookkeeping team and is already a great fit thanks to her attention to detail and love for staying organized. She's an Army veteran who now enjoys spending time with her daughter and getting outdoors whenever she can. In her free time she enjoys cooking, hunting, and fishing. Fun fact, Malorie has flown an airplane!

We’re excited to welcome Anthony back to our Diamond Tax team! With two years of experience on our team, Anthony will now be assisting clients at our Elk River location. After serving as a Marine, Anthony now finds joy in reading and spending time outdoors fishing.
