The tax filing deadline is April 15th and March 15th for S-corps. However, you can file an automatic extension, which gives you until October 15th to file - but you must still pay any taxes owed by April 15th to avoid interest and penalties

Most refunds are issued within 21 days if you file electronically and choose direct deposit. However, delays can happen if there are errors or the IRS needs more information.
